“I enjoy the team environment,” shares respiratory therapist Maeci Woolf, RRT, VABC, at Lovelace Medical Center. “We spend 12 hours a day with patients. The doctors involve us with their care. That’s one of the reasons I chose Lovelace. It is a happy place to work. Also, it is one of the few places that you get to know the C-suite. I know them and they know me by name. They have leadership rounding. Troy Greer, our CEO, was in the ICU recently talking to patients and employees. They really get involved. I think that’s important - a hands-on approach.” #BestPlacestoWork
